Manager of Sales Administration
Strong leader, in charge of office operations including sales support, agent contracting, health plan certifications, compliance, marketing materials, promotional items. Cristina is the liaison between field operations and office operations, her team coordinates member and prospect walk-in appointments, phone calls, customer service support. In charge of escalation or de-escalation of beneficiary’s support requests, creating balance between office operations, field and health plan support.
